The terms and conditions may be changed and/or altered by Varan100 from time to time at its sole discretion.
1. Criteria
1.1 Varan100 shall act on the basis of the information that may be submitted by you, believing the same to be true and accurate even if the information is provided during the registration by your family, friends, relatives on your behalf under your express consent. Varan100 is under no obligation to verify the accuracy or genuineness of the information submitted by you.
1.2 The minimum age for registering in Varan100 is 18 years for women and 21 years for men and the maximum age limit is 70 years.
1.3 You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and legal capability to enter into this Agreement and that you are neither prohibited nor disabled by any law in force from entering into a contract.
1.4 You have gone through the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
1.5 If at any time Varan100, in its sole discretion, is of the opinion or has any reason to believe that You are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, Varan100 hereby reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use the services of Varan100 without any refund of any monies paid to Varan100.
2. Registration
2.1 It is expected that you would complete the registration process with fairness and honesty while furnishing your personal information. You would appreciate that efficient and effective match making depend upon yourself furnishing true, accurate, current and complete information. You further undertake that you alone shall be responsible or liable for any information provided in this application form. It is expressly provided that Varan100 or its officers or any of its affiliates shall not be liable for any act or deed committed by any person on basis of any information or data provided by you in Varan100 and you shall keep Varan100 unconditionally indemnified at all times against all and any proceedings that may be initiated by any person on account of any act, deed on the basis of information provided by you in Varan100. In order to serve you better if Varan100 requires additional details you agree to provide it.
2.2 As a Member, you are requested not to include key details of the profile in field other than the applicable field.
2.3 If at any point of time Varan100 comes to know or has reasons to believe that any information provided by you for registration or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete then Varan100 shall have full right to suspend or terminate your membership and forfeit the amount paid by you towards membership fee and refuse to service you thereafter.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1 Please read and comprehend our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to Varan100 to understand our practices. Members agree that their profile(s) may be crawled and indexed by search engines, where Varan100 and its network does not have any control over the search engines behaviour and Varan100 shall not be responsible for such activities of other search engines.

3.3 Varan100 has the right to change its features and services from time to time based on member comments or as a result of a change of Company policy.

The compilation of all contents on this site is the exclusive property of Varan100 and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of aran100 or its software suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
5. License and Site Access
Varan100 grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Varan100. By registering your profile through any of our domains [Listed in the Annexure], you explicitly authorize Varan100 to automatically copy your profiles from Varan100 domain to its Community Bases Matrimonial Sites based on member information relevance like caste, sub caste, religion, age, marital status etc.
6. Your Account
6.1 If you use or register in this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You also hereby expressly agree that the information provided by you is available to the other users of Varan100 also and that Varan100 neither has any control nor any responsibility or accountability if information is misused, exploited or abused by any third party. Varan100 and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel subscription at their sole discretion.
6.2 You cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through Varan100 . You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other members. You understand and agree that Varan100 cannot monitor the conduct of its members off Varan100, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from Varan100 in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any member without the prior explicit consent of the member or Varan100.
6.3 The Partner Preference should be set by every member. In case the member has not set the Preference or has not set the Preference correctly, then Varan100 shall set the Partner Preference based on his/her profile information where member can also edit the same at any point of time.
7. Membership

• Instant Membership Plan: User can visit unlimited profiles and can send unlimited intrest.
• Gold Membership Plan:User can visit unlimited profiles and can send unlimited intrest. And user can edit his/her profile (1 Time).
• VIP Premium Membership Plan:User can visit unlimited profiles and can send unlimited intrest. And user can edit his/her profile (5 Time).
8. Refund of Fee
8.1 If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
8.2 Your membership for Varan100 services is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
9. Right to form Consortium/Associates
While providing services, Varan100 may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you. However, your membership rights and responsibilities continue as against Varan100 only and not against such persons or organizations.
10. Indemnity
10.1 You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Varan100 and/or its affiliates, their websites and their respective lawful successors and assigns from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Varan100 and/or its affiliates, partner websites and their respective lawful successors and assigns that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by You pursuant to this agreement.
10.2 You shall be solely and exclusively liable for any breach of any country specific rules and regulations or general code of conduct and Varan100 cannot be held responsible for the same.
11. General Provisions
11.1 Confidentiality: Varan100 will maintain confidential, all personal information [other than that meant for posting or transmission] furnished by members and shall take all possible and /or bonafide steps for maintaining the confidentiality. However, Varan100 may divulge such information if required by law. It is unconditionally agreed, understood and acknowledged by you that the information and/or data that may be submitted by you shall be preserved and retained by Varan100 for all time to come as permissible under law, notwithstanding cessation, termination or discontinuation of the membership.
11.2 Termination of Membership: The membership may be terminated by either party by serving a written notice on the other. Varan100 reserves the right to terminate the membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any member in breach of any of the terms. In any case the Membership fees will not be refundable.
11.3 Site Policies, Modification and Severability Please review our other policies, such as our pricing policy, posted on this site. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
12. Role and Responsibility of Varan100 Member
12.1 You, shall safeguard your profile information by creating a strong password during profile creation with combination of alphabets, both upper and lower case and numbers.
12.2 Any information / data required by Varan100 for using the Varan100 services shall be provided by the Varan100 Member, as and when so sought by Varan100.
12.3 You are requested to verify the credentials of the prospect, exercise due care and caution regarding their profile information which includes marital status, educational qualifications, financial status, occupation, character, health status, etc. and satisfy yourself before making a choice of your match. Varan100 shall not be liable for short coming due to any misrepresentations made by any of its Varan100 members.
12.4 You are required to verify the credentials of the prospect and we shall not be liable for any misbehavior/ misrepresentations made by the Prospect to you during video call.
12.5 To get better search results, Varan100 Members are expected to provide latest photograph which should not be more than 3 (three) months old. Providing old photographs/ photographs of others, inaccurate / false information shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and Varan100 shall retain their right under clause 12.2 of this terms and conditions.
12.6 Varan100 members are expected to disclose their health records during profile enrollment which includes any pre-existing illness, physical disability etc. Non - disclosure at the time of enrollment shall be treated as violation of the terms and conditions and Varan100 shall retain their right under clause 12.2 of this terms and conditions.

Any feedback you provide to Varan100 shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Varan100 shall be free to use such feedback/information on an unrestricted basis. Further, by submitting the feedback, you represent and warrant that (i) your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information of yourself or third parties; (ii) Varan100 member is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the feedback; (iii) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from Varan100 for the feedback under any circumstances.
15. Disclaimer
15.1 Your access to and use of the Varan100 Services or any content is at your own risk. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE Varan100SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Varan100DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.Varan100 does not warrant that the Website/App, its servers, or e-mail sent from Varan100 are free of viruses or other harmful components. 15.3.4 Any unauthorized or illegal act done by any third party relating to or connected with any information submitted by you or on your behalf;
15.3.5 Any cyber crime attempted or committed by anyone and
15.3.6 Any incident of force-majeure or 'act of god'.
15.3.7 Any issue already stated in these terms and conditions including limitation of liability clause of these terms and conditions.
15.3.8 Varan100 shall not be liable for the outcome of during any interaction in a meeting, call, sms, chat, email or social media posts at any point of time.
15.3.9 Any issues relating to any technical malfunction of any telecommunication network, software, hardware failures, network congestion, denial of service, failure due to spamming or any combination of the above.
15.4 You expressly agree that your use of this Website/App is at your sole risk.
15.5 We are not liable to you for any damage or alteration to your equipment including but not limited to computer equipment, hand-held device or mobile telephones as a result of the installation or use of the app.
16. Applicable law
The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Thrissur, India and the laws of India will govern the membership and any violation of the terms and conditions provided herein. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are subject to Courts of appropriate jurisdiction in Thrissur. You hereby explicitly agree for Thrissur court's jurisdiction for any disputes that may arise.
